Registers

The Company Secretary maintains the company registers, which include the:

• register of members;
• register of directors;
• register of directors’ residential addresses;
• register of directors’ interests; and
• register secretaries.

Access to and copies of these registers may be requested in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 (UK) and the Company’s Articles of Association by writing to the Company Secretary at secretary@rzzt.io. Members are entitled to inspect the registers free of charge, but a fee may be imposed for non-members.
