To appoint Joseph Olbrycht-Palmer to the position of Public Relations Manager.
In accordance with Article 20.3 of the Articles of Association, Mozart Olbrycht-Palmer withdrew from the vote on the basis that the familial relationship between himself and the appointee presents a conflict of interest.
