Introductory matters

The Directors of RZZT CIC met online via IRC on Friday 19 October 2018 at 02:00 UTC±0.

Directors in attendance were:

• Matthew Ferrero
• Victor Rincones Rodriguez

Also present was Mozart Olbrycht-Palmer (the Company Secretary).

Quorum was satisfied in accordance with the Articles of Association.

was duly appointed chair of the meeting.

The Directors confirmed that the required period of notice for the meeting was met.

Lutherian project head meeting

• The project head gave a brief overview of Lutherian’s funding requirements and current working state.
• The Company Secretary determined the project license did not conflict with the Company’s requirements.
• Matthew and Victor resolved to compile a small list of donor requirements to be submitted to the project head within 24 hours.
