The Directors of RZZT CIC met online via IRC on Friday 6 July 2018 at 02:00 UTC±0.
Directors in attendance were:

- Victor Rincones Rodriguez
Apologies were received from :

- Mozart Olbrycht-Palmer (Company Secretary)
Quorum was satisfied in accordance with the Articles of Association.
Matthew Ferrero was duly appointed chair of the meeting.
The Directors confirmed that the required period of notice for the meeting was met.
Registered office
The Directors noted that the Company Secretary had, as directed, renewed the Company’s registered office service at International House, 776-778 Barking Road, Barking, London, E13 9PJ.
The total cost was GBP £168.00 (USD $230.26), and the Company Secretary provided the receipt from PayPal and confirmation from Registered Address Ltd (company number 5295565) prior to the meeting.
