On Sunday 15 April 2018 at 14:13 UTC±0 the Directors decided:
To present the proposed Taskhive development contract to Victor Rincones Rodriguez for his consideration, and that an available Director shall execute the contract on behalf of the Company if Victor indicates his satisfaction with the terms by affixing his signature.
It is noted that as a Director of the Company, Victor has a declared conflict of interest in regard to this matter and did not vote on the matter in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association.
